B2B Meetings - How does it work?
1) Planning
- From 08/02/2021 to 05/04/2021 --> Call of interest for Brussels' Companies
- From 01/03/2021 to 18/04/2021 --> Our trade commissioners will be prospecting potential buyer.
- From 19/04/2021 to 02/05/2021 --> Matchmaking phase
- From 03/05/2021 to 07/05/2021 --> Drop of the samples in Brussels
- From 09/05/2021 to 31/05/2021 --> Shipping of the samples all around the world
- From 02/06/2021 to 18/06/2021 --> Online B2B Meetings
2) Registration phase
- Register via the "Register now" button and create a clear and concise business profile.
- You will receive a message when your profil is validated. Once the validation is done, you can request your meetings.
- Complete your profile and put your products in the market place.
TIPS: don't hesitate to put as much information as possible with picture!
3) Matchmaking
- First, you need to select the slots in which you are available depending on the continent you are targeting. The slots will be available 4 weeks before the event.
- Our selected buyer will pick who they want to meet.
Attention point: Please make sure that you don't have 2 meetings at the same time.
4) Advice
- Don't forget! This is virtual - It is better if you have a camera and a microphone on your computer.
- Try to come with samples, a pitch and your questions already prepared.
